No matter how expensive the brush, I keep coming back to these. They have a cartridge with the paint in them which you squeeze to allow it to flow. See the white ring along the barrel? If you don't take that out, the paint doesn't come out. I have one that I keep like this and then I can dip it in any colour paint I want!
