Terms & Conditions

All orders will be charged in Canadian Dollars. If your credit card is not Canadian, no problem! Your credit card company will charge you in your home currency. Just as though you were travelling.

Inventory and out of stock items

Although I try to keep an eye on the inventory, sometimes we run out all of a sudden!

Sorry for the inconvenience if the item you want is out of stock! I can let you know if it's worth holding your order till the item is in or if it's possible to ship the item when it's back in stock.

Items are subject to price changes without notice.

Methods of paying for your order

We take Visa, Mastercard and Discover - you can use our online secure server, or place your order and
click Phone, then call with your credit card number.  Credit cards are charged in Canadian Dollars.

PayPal is a wonderful system and is accepted here. You will be charged in Canadian dollars unless otherwise arranged with us.

Returns are no longer accepted.

If your order is undeliverable and is returned to us by the postal system:  You will have to pay the return shipping to us and pay again to have your order reshipped to you. Sorry, but that's what we are charged by the postal system!

Canadian Customers using the Rubber Stamp Only Shipping Option These orders are sent by lettermail, so there is no tracking or insurance.  You are responsible for these orders if they are lost or delayed.  To insure better service, use the regular shipping option!  Sorry and thanks for your understanding!
